So if you're saying that I've misinterpreted the clause in your TOS, please correct it but as far as I'm concerned and understand that clause Blue Lava has license to use or transfer the use of any user's content. Is that in any way shape or form an incorrect interpretation of that the TOS?

Thanks a lot for reviewing iLovePhotos. We are working really hard to bring everyone a useful tool that allows you truly enjoy your photos. Your honest feedback helps us do just that, and we appreciate it!

Regarding the TOS, we understand that the way it's currently worded is confusing and are working on revising it to make more sense to those who dont speak lawyer. We do respect the ownership of our user's photos, and we'll do a better job at reflecting that in our TOS.

I'd love to hear from others who've given it a try. Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Cory
