We are working really hard to bring everyone a useful tool that allows you truly enjoy your photos. Your honest feedback helps us do just that, and we appreciate it! Regarding the TOS, we understand that the way it's currently worded is confusing and are working on revising it to make more sense to those who dont speak lawyer. We do respect the ownership of our user's photos, and we'll do a better job at reflecting that in our TOS. I'd love to hear from others who've given it a try. Let me know how it goes.
